The Data tab shows what's actually happening with your agent — every conversation, message volume, and which questions come up most.

What you'll find

  • Conversations — full transcripts, searchable by visitor.
  • Usage — message counts and AI token consumption (used for billing).
  • Trends — common questions, peak hours, drop-off points.

Tips

  • Review the most-asked questions weekly and add answers to Knowledge.
  • Look at conversations where the agent failed — usually a Personality or Knowledge gap.
  • Export data before deleting an agent if you want to keep it.
