What you'll find
- Conversations — full transcripts, searchable by visitor.
- Usage — message counts and AI token consumption (used for billing).
- Trends — common questions, peak hours, drop-off points.
Tips
- Review the most-asked questions weekly and add answers to Knowledge.
- Look at conversations where the agent failed — usually a Personality or Knowledge gap.
- Export data before deleting an agent if you want to keep it.
