How it works
- You add a one-line script tag (or a plain link) to your product pages.
- Your customer taps "Try it on", uploads a selfie or takes one with their camera.
- The bot composites your product photo onto them and returns a photoreal image, usually within a minute.
- The customer can swap variants ("show me red"), refine ("a bit longer"), or download/share the result.
What you need
- A product image URL (the photo from your store, hosted anywhere).
- An askthe.bot try-on agent with your store domain allow-listed (you set this when you create the agent).
- A way to add a
<script>tag to your product page — every major platform supports this, see the platform guides.
The three install modes
Pick whichever matches how much control you want over the trigger button:
1. Auto button
Zero config. We add a floating button to the page.
2. Custom trigger
Use your own styled button — we wire it up.
3. JS API
Call open() from your variant picker.
